HOW TO BOOK —
The tailored game-plan begins at your consultation
Submit an enquiry form (see below) with where you’d like treatment – Ollie will get back to you within 48 hours, even if its the weekend
Together, we’ll organise a date & time that suits
You’ll get confirmation directly from your chosen clinic (Henley or Soho)
Come in for assessment & diagnosis of the injury – it’s always an hour for our first session
Then we’ll create a follow-up treatment plan, that is aligned with the results from your mobility tests & movement analysis — follow-up sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes long (it’s your choice)
FAQs —
“I don't have an injury.
Can I still book?”
Of course! We provide general sports massage to ensure you stay relaxed and fresh.
We also provide injury prevention sessions before you go and perform your favourite sports, so you’ll stay injury free and can perform to your highest level.
FAQs —
“I’m not an athlete.
Can I still book?”
Yes, we focus our work on an athletic demographic but this very much doesn't mean we only work with athletes.
So you can return to any activities that you want to take part in, but also make you more robust and stronger/fitter than you were pre-injury, so we reduce your chance of injury again.
Overcoming physical and mental barriers
— George: competitive Rugby Union player & marketing executive
“After experiencing a grade 2 tear of my ACL, I found it impossible to walk properly.
I would get thoughts of how I could ever kick a ball again, let alone running and changing direction.
Just all felt very alien to me and these thoughts came to mind a few times as I didn't understand or comprehend how I was going to get better.
I was just doing upper body exercises - nothing with my legs to avoid further problems, but wanted to be back playing rugby quickly.
Ollie was great for me as he understood my constraints, which is paramount, I feel.
He understood what I wanted to get to at the end of the process.
He was accommodating, adapting everything with my busy schedule. He was very approachable and eager to get me back playing.”
